‘Do not forget to show hospitality to strangers, for by so doing some people have shown hospitality to angels without knowing it.’

Hebrews 13:2

Hospitality is what St. Luke’s is all about. We are a warm welcoming place. When anyone enters the door on a Sunday, whether they are a long-time member or a visitor, all are greeted with a hearty welcome!

As part of our hospitality, we create opportunities throughout the year for fellowship. From the annual meeting and stewardship brunch to the welcome back Sunday after Labor day, we gather as a church family. Each June we have an end of school Sunday school picnic. In December we open our doors to the community by holding our annual Christmas festival.

But one of our favorite times of the week is after each Sunday service. We offer a wonderful coffee hour where everyone is invited for a cup or coffee and an array of goodies are served by various members of church. It is here that we are able to get to know our visitors and catch up with each other, enjoying the hospitality of the St. Luke’s community.
